Bran Castle is literally a 10-minute drive if you’re doing the whole Dracula tourist thing, and the hiking trails into the Bucegi Mountains are right there. I stayed during shoulder season in late spring, and honestly, that felt perfect – not crowded, reasonable prices, and the weather was ideal for both outdoor activities and just hanging out at the hotel’s wellness facilities when I wanted to decompress.
