Цекіт is a real gem in Yaremche that I discovered last winter. The hotel is located on Svobody Street, and though the address might seem a bit unusual (367 a/2), it’s not hard to find — just follow the main road and you’ll see a cozy building with characteristic Hutsul architecture. Parking here is free, which is really nice in a tourist area. This four-star hotel truly lives up to its status — the staff greets you very warmly, check-in goes smoothly (I arrived at 2 PM and got my keys right away), and the rooms are spotlessly clean.
What I particularly loved was the combination of modern comfort with local charm. The room has everything you need: a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, Wi-Fi works without interruption. The windows face the mountains, and the morning view is simply breathtaking, especially in winter when everything is covered in snow. The soundproofing is good — even when neighboring rooms are occupied, you can’t hear anything. Breakfast is served until 10 AM, and though the selection isn’t huge, everything is fresh and tasty. The hotel operates year-round, but I’d especially recommend it in winter and autumn — the atmosphere becomes particularly cozy.
The location is perfect for those planning to explore the Carpathians. You can walk to the center of Yaremche in 10 minutes, and it’s about a 40-minute drive to the Bukovel ski lift. The owners are very pleasant people — they’ll help with route advice and recommend the best restaurants in the area. The price is completely reasonable for this level of service, and I’ll definitely be back again.
