The staff seem to actually live in Sibiu (shocking, I know), so they give you real recommendations instead of just pointing you toward the obvious tourist traps. Parking can be a bit of a dance if you’re driving – it’s the Old Town, so that’s just reality – but they’ll help you figure it out. Check-in was smooth, no drama, and they’re flexible about timing if you message ahead.
