Будинок в пейзажній місцевості is a real gem for those who want to escape the city hustle and immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Carpathian nature. Located in the village of Krivorovnya, this four-star hotel impresses with its setting among picturesque landscapes. When we arrived in autumn, the surrounding trees were blazing with gold and red — I hadn’t seen such beauty in a long time. Parking is right next to the house, which is very convenient, especially when you’re carrying lots of gear for a mountain getaway.
Check-in was quick and pleasant — the hosts are very welcoming and immediately told us about the best routes for walks around the area. The rooms are clean and cozy, with wooden interior elements that create a genuine mountain atmosphere. Windows face the mountains, and in the morning you wake up to an incredible view (weather permitting — fog is a frequent visitor here). Wi-Fi works reliably, which is important if you need to stay connected. Sound insulation is decent, though occasionally you can hear neighbors returning late at night — but that’s more the exception than the rule.
Breakfasts here are homemade and hearty — definitely try the local sour cream and cheese, they’re exceptional. There are many interesting places around: waterfalls, hiking trails, and in winter there are excellent conditions for skiing. The only downside is that the road to the hotel is quite narrow and winding, so be careful, especially in the dark. But once you get there — you definitely won’t regret it. The 8.0 rating is well deserved, I’d come back here again, maybe even in summer to see these landscapes dressed in green.
