The Room Experience

The rooms at Boutique 17B strike this perfect balance between contemporary comfort and respecting the building’s character. Mine had these beautiful high ceilings with exposed beams, but the bed was properly modern with great linens — none of that “charming but uncomfortable” nonsense you sometimes get in historic properties. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious (always a concern in older European buildings), and I appreciated the heated floors during my October visit.
