Bohema – Przytulne mieszkanie blisko centrum i dworca, parter, balkon, park, parking
Look, I’ve stayed in plenty of ground-floor apartments that feel like basement caves, but Bohema completely surprised me. The moment you walk into this place on Nadrzeczna street, there’s this immediate sense of… well, coziness that actually lives up to the “przytulne” promise in the name. And honestly, the 9.7 rating isn’t just some algorithm fluke – people genuinely love this spot.
What really sold me was how thoughtfully everything’s arranged. The balcony – and I mean a proper balcony, not some tiny ledge – faces toward the park area, so you’re getting your morning coffee with actual greenery instead of staring at someone’s laundry. The owner clearly knows Karpacz well because they’ve positioned everything perfectly. You’re maybe a seven-minute walk to the main drag where all the restaurants cluster, but far enough from the tourist chaos that you can actually sleep at night. The train station proximity is clutch too, especially if you’re doing day trips to other parts of the Sudetes without renting a car. Speaking of cars though – the parking situation is sorted, which honestly makes this place worth booking alone if you’ve ever tried finding a spot in central Karpacz during peak season.
The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile rental property. There are these little touches that you notice after a day or two – decent coffee mugs instead of those tiny hotel ones, proper blackout curtains that actually block the morning light, and the kind of shower pressure that makes you want to stay in an extra ten minutes. I mean, the whole ground floor setup works brilliantly because you’re not hauling luggage up narrow stairs (trust me, after a day hiking in the Karkonosze, those legs aren’t eager for more climbing), and there’s something nice about stepping directly from your door into the neighborhood instead of through some sterile lobby. The area gets pleasantly quiet after the day-trippers head back to their buses, and you get this authentic feel for how locals actually live here. It’s the kind of place where you find yourself planning to come back before you’ve even checked out.
You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive.
