Parking is actually handled properly here – there’s a designated spot, which honestly saves you from the nightmare of circling around looking for street parking during summer weekends when half of Warsaw seems to descend on Karpacz. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that overly complicated lockbox treasure hunt some places put you through. I’d say if you’re planning to use this as a base for hiking (and let’s be real, that’s probably why you’re in Karpacz), you’re positioned well for hitting the trails without fighting through the main tourist bottleneck every morning. Just keep in mind that like most places in the area, it gets pretty booked up during winter ski season and summer hiking months, so don’t expect to snag it last minute if you’re coming when everyone else is.
