The location is honestly perfect if you’re here for the slopes or hiking. You’re close enough to the Kopa lift that you can literally walk there without dealing with the parking nightmare that happens during peak season – trust me, that’s huge. And if you’re into the trails, the Karkonosze paths are right there. I spent most mornings just stepping out the door and heading straight up toward Śnieżka without having to drive anywhere first. The neighborhood itself is quiet too, which was a relief after dealing with some of the rowdier spots closer to the main strip.

What really got me was how they set this up for actual privacy. When they say “na wyłączność” they mean it – you’re not sharing space with random guests or dealing with hotel lobby chaos. The whole setup feels like you’re borrowing a local’s really nice mountain house for the weekend. Inside, everything works the way it should (which honestly isn’t always a given in mountain rentals), and there’s this cozy wood-and-stone thing happening that doesn’t feel forced or touristy. The kitchen actually has proper equipment if you want to cook, though honestly, after a day on the trails, I usually just ended up at one of the local spots down the hill.

The area gets pretty busy during ski season and summer hiking months, but staying here means you can duck out of the crowds when you need to. Plus, you’re still close enough to walk to restaurants and shops when the weather’s decent. I’d definitely book this again – it’s one of those places where you actually feel like you’re getting away from things without being completely cut off from civilization.
