But walking into this place on Strada Carpaților actually caught me off guard in the best way possible. The building itself sits right in that sweet spot where you’re genuinely in the city but not drowning in traffic noise, and you know what? That 9.9 rating isn’t just review inflation – these apartments really deliver on the luxury part without feeling stuffy about it.
What got me was how they’ve managed to nail that apartment-hotel hybrid thing that so many places mess up. Each unit feels like someone’s actual stylish home rather than a hotel room with a kitchenette awkwardly shoved in the corner. The kitchens are properly equipped (I mean, you can actually cook real meals, not just reheat takeout), and the living spaces have that lived-in comfort that makes you want to sprawl on the couch with a glass of wine after walking around Brașov all day. The décor hits that modern-meets-cozy vibe – think clean lines but with actual personality, not that sterile minimalism that makes you feel like you’re in a showroom.
Here’s the thing about the location that really matters: you’re about a fifteen-minute walk to the old town center, which honestly is perfect because you avoid the tourist crush right outside your door but you’re close enough that heading out for dinner or drinks isn’t a production. The neighborhood itself has this authentic Romanian residential feel – there’s a little grocery store practically next door (trust me, you’ll appreciate this), and the whole area feels safe to wander around even in the evenings. Parking was surprisingly painless too, which if you’ve driven in Romanian city centers, you know is basically a small miracle. The staff seems to actually care about making sure you’re sorted rather than just going through the motions, and check-in was refreshingly smooth – no standing around while they “find your reservation” or any of that usual hotel theater. I stayed during shoulder season in late spring, and the place had this relaxed energy without feeling empty or forgotten about.

The apartment was great, very clean and tidy. The location was great and easy to find. Parking was not an issue either

The apartment was beautiful, cozy, quiet, warm, impeccably clean, and well-equipped. The view from the balcony was also breathtaking. Everything was just perfect.
The apartment is new, clean, warm, spacious and it has everything you need. The bed is super comfortable and large, also the mini-office table in the corner was useful since I had to work, and even wrote down the name of the company of the chair because it was really comfy. I looooved the kitchen and utensils. Also modern TVs in both rooms, I could even connect through airplay. It’s a really comfortable apartment and you can regulate the temperature, which is really needed in the winter, we spent most of the time indoors due to bad weather and really enjoyed the aesthetics and calmness of the apartment. There are shops and supermarkets nearby.
Excellent choice of accommodation in Brasov. Very clean, tastefully decorated, really spacious and well connected to the Old Town.
It was easy to get to. We were provided with all the necessary information on how to access the parking and the apartment itself. The apartment is located in a convenient part of the new city, with everything we needed nearby but a bit far from the old town. It was in a new building with beautiful courtyards, and it was warm inside when we arrived, which was very important and pleasant for us. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. It was clear that everything was done with great taste, from the choice of furniture to the overall design. We loved it and will definitely come back again.

TOP FLOOR. Insane views from the balcony. Great location 5 mins from Old Town. Top notch kitchen with all pots, pans and knives for cooking. Big comfortable double bed. Washer Dryer Machine. LARGE perfectly clean, pristine modern bathroom. The decor and vibe was sensational. I could go on and on. If this place is available BOOK IT!
