АртГір гостинний двір turned out to be a real discovery during my trip to the Carpathians last summer. This three-star establishment is located on Tsarina Street in Mykulychyn — the perfect spot for those who want to experience authentic mountain atmosphere without unnecessary hustle. Parking is free (which is rare in popular tourist destinations), and the reception staff is always ready to help with routes to the nearest trails.
The rooms are quite cozy, though not luxurious — exactly what you need after a full day of hiking. I especially loved that the windows face the mountains rather than the road, so you wake up to birdsong in the morning instead of traffic noise. WiFi works reliably (checked several times — important for work), and the restaurant serves wonderful Carpathian dishes. The owners clearly know what they’re doing — you feel it in the details, from the quality of bed linens to how quickly they resolve any issues.
The location of АртГір гостинний двір allows easy access to the main regional attractions on foot or with a short drive. It’s especially beautiful here in autumn (though I was there in summer, my room neighbors told me about October), and probably perfect for skiers in winter. The only downside — sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the evenings from groups in the lobby, but this adds life to the place rather than disturbing. For this price and with an 8.0 rating — I definitely recommend it for a peaceful but not boring mountain getaway.
