The floors don’t creak like crazy, the bathroom fixtures work properly, and – this might sound weird but it matters – the Wi-Fi actually reaches every corner of the room.

Here’s the thing about staying in apartment-style places in Zakopane: they either feel like someone’s dusty spare room or they’re trying too hard to be boutique hotels.
