The street itself is pretty quiet, which honestly made all the difference after long days hiking in the Tatras. I could actually sleep without earplugs, which… let’s just say that’s not always the case in Zakopane during peak season. The apartment itself feels properly mountain-cozy without being kitschy – they’ve got that whole alpine thing down without going overboard with the wooden bear sculptures, if you know what I mean.

The heating actually works (crucial in shoulder season), there’s proper water pressure in the shower, and honestly, the kitchen setup is better than what I have at home.
