Here’s the thing about the location that took me a while to figure out – you’re perfectly positioned without being in the tourist chaos. The old town is maybe a fifteen-minute walk, which sounds far until you realize you’re avoiding all the crowds and noise but still close enough to wander over for dinner. Plus, you’ve got actual grocery stores and normal restaurants nearby where locals eat, not just the touristy spots. Parking was surprisingly easy too – there’s space around the building, and honestly, in Braşov that’s worth its weight in gold. The area gets quiet at night, which I wasn’t expecting from a residential block, but it’s that good kind of quiet where you can actually sleep. I stayed there during shoulder season, so I can’t speak to summer crowds, but even with families in the building, it never felt noisy or chaotic. The 9.9 rating makes sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be fancy or impressive, it’s just really, really good at being exactly what you need.
