It’s the kind of place where you end up extending your stay if you can swing it, because once you’re settled in with that view and the mountains literally at your doorstep, leaving feels premature. The 9-star rating makes total sense – this isn’t just accommodation, it’s your base camp for one of Europe’s most stunning mountain regions, and they’ve gotten all the details right.
