The terrace situation is what really got me. I mean, you’re literally five minutes from the ski lifts (I timed it because I’m obsessive like that), but when you step out onto that terrace in the evening, it doesn’t feel rushed or touristy at all. You’ve got this perfect view that stretches toward Śnieżka, and honestly, I found myself having my morning coffee out there even in October when it was pretty chilly. The apartments themselves are spacious in a way that surprised me – not just “we crammed in extra furniture” spacious, but thoughtfully laid out so you’re not bumping into things. The kitchens are actually functional too, which… well, anyone who’s tried to cook in most vacation rentals knows that’s not always a given.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being so close to the action. Kąpielowa isn’t one of those streets where tour buses rumble past at 6 AM, but you’re still close enough that you can walk to the gondola station without needing to figure out parking (which, trust me, becomes a nightmare during peak season). The building itself feels solid – none of those paper-thin walls where you hear every conversation from next door. I actually got some of the best sleep I’ve had on any ski trip, and that’s saying something because I’m usually too excited about morning runs to sleep properly. The staff clearly knows what they’re doing with turnover too – check-in was smooth, everything was spotless, and they had those little touches that show someone’s actually thinking about guest experience rather than just going through the motions. That 9.6 rating makes complete sense once you’ve spent a few days here. It’s not trying to be flashy or oversell itself, it just delivers on being a really solid, comfortable base for exploring the Sudetes.
