The building itself has this solid, mountain-lodge feel that immediately makes sense once you see the Karkonosze peaks looming right there in the background.

The apartments themselves are honestly better than half the hotels I’ve stayed in around here. I mean, there’s something really satisfying about having actual counter space to spread out your hiking gear and a proper fridge for those local cheeses you’ll inevitably buy at the market. The kitchenettes aren’t just for show either – they’ve got everything you need if you want to skip the restaurant scene one night and just cook something simple. What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to make each unit feel like a home rather than just another rental. The furnishings are modern without being sterile, and whoever chose the color scheme clearly understands that mountain light changes throughout the day. I found myself actually wanting to hang out in the living area rather than just crash on the bed after long days exploring Śnieżka.

The location on Pusta Street is actually pretty brilliant once you figure out the neighborhood. You’re far enough from the main tourist drag that you won’t get woken up by groups stumbling back from the bars, but it’s literally a ten-minute walk to get to all the cable car stations and trailheads. Plus – and this matters more than you’d think – parking here is straightforward, which is definitely not something you can say about everywhere in Karpacz. The staff genuinely seems to know the area well too; they pointed me toward this lesser-known trail that connects to the main Karkonosze route but skips most of the crowds. With an 8.8 rating, you’d expect it to be decent, but this place actually delivers on that score in ways that feel authentic rather than manufactured. It’s the kind of spot where you can tell the owners actually care about creating a good experience, not just filling rooms.
