It doesn’t try to be some flashy resort – it’s actually got this understated confidence that works perfectly in Karpacz. The building sits quietly on this residential stretch, and honestly, that’s part of its charm. You’re not dealing with tour bus chaos at the front door, but you’re still just a quick walk from all the mountain action.
The apartments themselves are what really won me over, though. I mean, these aren’t your typical cramped hotel rooms where you’re living out of a suitcase for a week. There’s actual space to breathe – proper kitchens where you can make coffee without that weird hotel room ritual, living areas where you can actually spread out your hiking maps and plan your Śnieżka summit attempt. The whole setup just makes sense if you’re planning to stay more than a night or two. And let’s be real, Karpacz is the kind of place where you want to settle in for a proper mountain getaway, not rush through like some checklist destination.
What I really appreciated was how they’ve nailed that balance between being self-sufficient and still feeling looked after. The 8.6 rating honestly feels about right – it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches, but everything works the way it should. The WiFi actually holds up when you need to upload those Karkonosze photos, the heating keeps up with those chilly mountain evenings (trust me, even summer nights can catch you off guard up here), and there’s proper parking that doesn’t involve circling the block fifteen times. Those details matter when you’re hauling ski gear or hiking boots in and out. The location on Myśliwska puts you in this sweet spot where you’re away from the main tourist drag but still walking distance to the cable car and those little mountain restaurants that locals actually eat at. I found myself taking these pleasant evening strolls down toward the center, past all these other guesthouses and pensions – you get a real feel for how Karpacz works as an actual town, not just a ski resort. Plus, if you’re planning any serious hiking, you’re positioned perfectly for early morning starts without having to navigate through crowds of day-trippers first.

Nice apartments, they were little bit older and some damages were visible on the kitchen, walls or floor. Its nice place to stay for couple of days. Great location with local shop opened from 6 to 23, so super convenient. I rate it 8 out of 10 even though it had some sparks.
What could be improved: We didnt notice that our apartment is on 3rd floor without lift. We had to carry all the belongings from car park to apartment by hand. We sometime heard people from other apartments. We got for 4 or 5 night stay just 2 toillet rolls, so we had to go to shop and buy them. There is no physical reception, so all the communication is very difficult. But still recommend to go, if you want to find nice place for reasonable price.

The apartment is quite new and clean.
What could be improved: The service cannot be accepted.
The office is written for check in from 16:00-22:00. however as I drive to hotel, the office lady told me the office will be closed at 5pm. When I explained I will arrive early , she said she will stay latest to 4pm. And she cannot wait for me to finish check in after 4pm. I have to drive faster to catch her, it was really unbelievable that such kind of service.
The hotel request the guest to pay the city tax before the customer to get the key, the website for this tax payment has error, so that my payment is not successful, the tax is about less than 3 Euro.
Another problem is the hotel fee booked from my credit card is more than 10Euro higher than the amount shown in booking.com when I ordered.

Piękne mieszkanie, każdy miał swoją łazienkę co ułatwiało życie w grupie :) Plusem był zadaszony taras, w każdym pokoju telewizor. Można było zabrać ze sobą pieska. Kuchnia super wyposażona. Polecam!
What could be improved: Stolik prawie by się wywrócił noga ledwo się trzymała :)
