The location on Nad Łomnicą street is actually perfect – it’s one of those quiet residential roads that locals use as a shortcut, so you feel like you’re living in a real neighborhood instead of some tourist bubble.

The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious, especially the 2B units. I stayed in one during late spring, and what struck me first was how much natural light floods in through these big windows that face the trees. The kitchens are actually functional – not those tiny hotel kitchenettes where you can barely make toast. I’m talking full-sized fridge, proper stove, enough counter space to spread out if you pick up groceries from the Biedronka down the road. The whole setup feels very Polish family-oriented, which makes sense since a lot of locals use places like this for their own mountain getaways. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that formal hotel desk drama, just someone who clearly knows the area well giving you the keys and some genuinely useful tips about hiking trails.

Mornings are dead quiet except for the stream, but by the time you’re ready for coffee, you can walk to the center and actually find decent shops and restaurants without fighting tourist crowds. Nice cozy apartment, we spent 3 nights on our short ski trip, 2x adults and 3x kids, beds were comfortable, the apartment was well heated and provided us with great comfort on our winter break. Quiet building, not too close, but not too far from the town center, still within a comfortable walking distance, and short driving distance to the ski slopes. All mod cons available for self catering stay, clean and functional, all furnishing very well thought for comfort. Great bonus was the garage provided with it to keep our car safe, frost free, clean from snowfall. We'll definitely keep it in mind and visit again on our next ski trip.
What could be improved: I have nothing to complain about, just a recommendation to the host if they could provide a coffee machine (I thought I saw some images on booking, may be from another unit, but not a problem), even a simple coffee press/jar would be handy (we love coffee). This did not spoil our stay at all, just a tip to the host.

Almost perfect apartment- well equipped kitchen , very good quality equipment, including an excellent ‘barista’ style coffee machine. Apartment is quiet, at the rear of the building with lovely balcony catching the afternoon/early evening sun with a view looking out over some small properties & woodland area. While bedroom is small, it is quirky with enough space for two on a short trip. Bathroom is very large, exceptionally well finished with a rainfall & massage jet shower. 5 minutes walk from start of Main Street & only 3 mins walk to two excellent well stocked & well priced supermarkets (Netto & Biedronka).
What could be improved: Only minor issue is the roof light/dormer window in the bedroom has no blind. While not a problem during our stay, in summer this could be an issue as the bedroom will be light very early in the morning.

Przytulny apartament z dala od głównej drogi a jednocześnie blisko do deptaka. Blisko do Netto i Biedronki. Spokojna okolica. Bardzo czysto i schludnie. Posiadał wszystko co jest potrzebne na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt w Karpaczu. Jasne instrukcje co do odbioru kluczy i dojazdu. Posiadał wszelkie udogodnienia ( płyta indukcyjna, mikrofalówka, ekspres do kawy, zmywarka). Pełne wyposażenie od kompletu otwieraczy po szklanki, kubki itd. Zamykane miejsce parkingowe w cenie koło budynku.

Apartament przestronny, czysty. Wszystkie sprzęty dostępne (czajnik, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, pralka, zmywarka). Telewizor w pokoju i w sypialni z bogatym pakietem kanałów.
