You’re a two-minute walk from the cable car station if you’re heading up Gubałówka, and honestly, some of the best traditional food in town is right there on your doorstep. The staff actually knows the area too – they pointed me toward this little place for oscypek that I never would have found otherwise. Parking can be tricky in this part of town (it always is during peak season), but they’ve got it sorted, which is a huge relief when you’re hauling ski gear or hiking boots. I mean, the rating of 9 out of 10 isn’t just people being generous – this place genuinely delivers on the details that matter. It’s the kind of spot where you feel like you’re living in Zakopane for a few days rather than just visiting, and that makes all the difference when you’re trying to really experience the Tatra region instead of just checking it off a list.
