The location is honestly perfect if you know Karpacz at all. Nadrzeczna street is just far enough from the main tourist chaos around the cable car station that you can actually sleep at night, but you’re still close enough to walk to everything that matters. I loved being able to stroll down to the Łomnica river in the morning – there’s this little path that most tourists never find – and the whole area has that authentic mountain town vibe without the constant stream of tour buses. Plus, parking here is actually manageable, which anyone who’s tried to find a spot near the main hotels during ski season will appreciate. The staff runs things pretty smoothly too; check-in was straightforward, and they clearly know the area well enough to give you real recommendations, not just the standard “visit Wang Church” spiel (though honestly, you should visit Wang Church if you haven’t).

What really sold me on this place was how it strikes that sweet spot between having your own space and still feeling connected to what makes Karpacz special. The apartments give you room to breathe – crucial after long days on the trails or slopes – but you’re still right in the heart of things. I could hear the mountain breeze through the trees at night, and mornings had that crisp, clean smell that reminds you why people come to the Sudetes in the first place. It’s not flashy or trying to be something it’s not, just solid, comfortable accommodations run by people who get what travelers actually need. For a 3-star place, it punches well above its weight, and that rating reflects what you’ll experience: no major complaints, plenty of pleasant surprises, and the kind of stay that makes you bookmark the place for next time.
