Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Apartamenty “MILENA” on Przemysłowa Street, I wasn’t expecting much. The industrial-sounding street name had me thinking we’d be sleeping next to some factory, but honestly? It’s actually perfectly positioned in Karpacz. You’re tucked away from the main tourist chaos but still close enough that you can walk to everything that matters.
The thing about these apartments is they feel like someone’s actual home, not some sterile hotel room where you’re afraid to touch anything. I mean, the owner clearly put thought into the details – there’s proper kitchenware (not those sad plastic cups most places give you), and the beds are actually comfortable, which… you know how rare that is in mountain towns. The bathroom has decent water pressure too, which became my daily victory after hiking around the Karkonosze all day. What really got me was the view from our window – you can see the forest creeping up the hillside, and in the morning there’s this perfect light that hits the trees just right. It’s one of those things you don’t expect but end up taking way too many photos of.
Parking is straightforward, which is honestly a relief because navigating Karpacz during peak season can be a nightmare. The location is smart too – you’re on the quieter side of town but it’s maybe a ten-minute walk to the main strip where all the restaurants are clustered. And if you’re planning to hit Śnieżka (which, come on, you have to), the trailheads are super accessible from here. The apartment stays pretty quiet at night, even when the town gets rowdy during ski season. I actually slept better here than I have in some fancy hotels – there’s something about the mountain air and being away from city noise that just knocks you out. The 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s not trying to be luxurious or flashy, but everything works the way it should, the space is clean and thoughtfully set up, and honestly, the value is spot-on for what you get in this area. Plus, having a kitchen means you can grab stuff from the local market and actually save some money instead of eating out every meal – which adds up fast in tourist towns like this.

The condominium is beautiful and kept
very clean. It is a spacious one bedroom with a nice terrace and good kitchen.
What could be improved: The sofa and mattresses are very
uncomfortable. We left early due to being
unable to find comfort during our stay.

Przytulny, czysty apartament z widokiem na górę w spokojnej okolicy. Miła właścicielka lokalu. Parking podziemny, taras z meblami! Kuchenka mikrofalowa i zmywarka ułatwiają pobyt. Polecam wszystkim!
