Overview
So I stumbled across Apartamenty EverySky on Słowackiego street during what was honestly supposed to be just a quick weekend in Karpacz, and it turned out to be one of those pleasant surprises you don’t see coming. The building sits right on this quiet residential stretch – you know, the kind where you actually hear birds in the morning instead of traffic – but here’s the thing that caught me off guard: you’re literally a five-minute walk from all the main action in town. I mean, I could practically roll out of bed and grab coffee at one of those little mountain cafés, then be on the gondola up to Śnieżka before most tourists even figured out where they parked.
The apartments themselves have this clean, modern vibe that actually works – none of that trying-too-hard contemporary stuff that feels cold. What I really appreciated was the kitchen setup (and I’m picky about this) because you can actually cook a proper meal if you want to skip the restaurant scene for a night. The living spaces are generous too, which matters when you’re dealing with mountain weather and need to spread out your hiking gear or just want to lounge around after a long day on the trails. Honestly, the 8.5 rating makes sense once you settle in – it’s not flashy, but everything just works the way it should. The Wi-Fi was solid (tested it on multiple video calls), the shower pressure was surprisingly good for a mountain town, and the beds were comfortable enough that I actually overslept one morning, which never happens to me when I travel.
What really sold me on the place was how the owners clearly understand what people actually need when they’re exploring this part of the Sudetes. There’s proper parking – and if you’ve driven around Karpacz during peak season, you know that’s not a given – plus they’ve got all the local intel about hiking routes and where to eat that doesn’t feel touristy. The location on Słowackiego puts you in this sweet spot where you’re close enough to walk everywhere but far enough from the main drag that you’re not dealing with crowds of day-trippers stumbling back from the bars at midnight. I’d definitely book here again, especially for a longer stay where having that apartment-style space really pays off.

What could be improved: The arrangement to collect the key is very inconvenient for tourists. There should be a key box near the apartment.

the view and location
What could be improved: firstly the apartment wasn’t clean. there was a lot of dust and bunch of someone’s hair stuck to the bathroom wall. we found empty bottles after soda drink under the bed.
the toilet seat was broken as well as coat hanger and flooring.
the building is still under construction. there was a lot of very loud drilling and banging sound in the flat. the corridor full of building dust. this was particularly uncomfortable as we were travelling with the little baby.
there is no temperature regulation in the apartment. we had been told that temperature is controlled by the tenants community. There was floor heating without a thermostat anywhere to regulate the temperature when it was on. on the first evening/night was quite cold (temp outside was 3 degree’s celcius) other nights was way too hot.
the property management extremely bad.
we were given wrong set of keys and we were unable to enter the proper. after many calls and waiting over an hour and arguing with the agency who tried to convince us that we have right set of key and we don not know how to use it or we did broke the lock someone came to help. we were not informed when the management arrive to the apartment as they took back entrance (we were waiting by main entrance outside) and two ladies from the management agency locked themselves inside. Luckly my partner saw them through the balcony door and they have open for us.
we found out that the apartment wasn’t clean and we had been asked to wait another hour (this was 5pm local time where check in is 4pm). After the cleaning the apartment still wasn’t clean (we had been charged 240pln for this service during the booking).
the cold water under the shower was clear but warm water had strong yellow colour.
It was extremely uncomfortable as we were travelling with 7 months old baby which at this point was hungry, exhausted and with dirty diaper. there was no alternative room offered or any other solution for this problem.

Apartament super z wszelkimi dogodnieniami, w każdym pokoju telewizor, 2 balkony z fotelami, kokonem do siedzenia i suszarkami na pranie, super lokalizacja na szlaki turystyczne, blisko do deptaka w centrum.
What could be improved: Mąż został wprowadzony w błąd co do godziny przyjazdu i co do miejsc parkingowych. (Mieliśmy tylko 1 miejsce parkingowe na 7 osób, mimo, że tel.poinformowano nas, że będziemy mieć gdzie zaparkować). Nie działala suszarka do włosów.
