Look, I’ll be honest with you – when I first pulled up to Skalna 32, I wasn’t expecting much. The building looks pretty standard from the outside, just another apartment block in Karpacz, but EverySky has actually done something interesting with these units. The location is what grabbed me first – you’re literally a five-minute walk from the main drag where all the mountain gear shops and pierogi joints are, but far enough up Skalna that you don’t get the late-night party noise from tourists stumbling back from the bars.
The apartment itself surprised me. I mean, it’s not luxury by any stretch, but whoever set this up actually thought about what travelers need. The kitchen has real pots and pans (not those flimsy things you usually get), and there’s decent counter space if you’re planning to cook – which you probably should, honestly, because the grocery store down the hill has amazing local bread and cheese that’ll save you a fortune compared to eating out every meal. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the whole place, which is rarer than you’d think in these mountain towns. One thing that caught me off guard was how quiet it gets at night – Karpacz isn’t exactly bustling after 9 PM anyway, but up on Skalna you really feel like you’re tucked away from everything.
Here’s what I wish someone had told me before booking: parking can be a bit of a puzzle during peak season (July and August get crazy), so get there early in the day if you’re driving. The building doesn’t have an elevator, and if you’re on the upper floors with ski gear or hiking equipment, well… you know what you’re getting into. But honestly, the trade-off is worth it because you’re close enough to walk to the Śnieżka trail without dealing with the parking nightmare at the main trailheads. The 7.9 rating feels about right – it’s solid, reliable, and the price point makes sense for what you get. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning to spend most of my time outdoors anyway. Just pack light if you can help it.

What could be improved: Apartament już trochę wysłużony przydało by się odświeżyć i wymienić co po niektóre meble.
Niestety hasło do WiFi nie działało i pomimo zgłoszenia do administratora do końca pobytu nic z tym nie zrobiono.
