The building sits in this sweet spot where you can walk to the main drag easily, but you’re not dealing with the constant stream of tourists trooping past your window at 6 AM.

The apartments themselves are honestly pretty solid for what you’re paying. They’ve got that clean, modern setup that works whether you’re here for a weekend ski trip or one of those longer summer hiking adventures. The kitchens are actually functional – and I say that as someone who’s stayed in way too many places with tiny hot plates that barely heat water. Here you can actually cook a proper meal after a day on the slopes, which is huge when you’re trying to balance eating out with not spending your entire vacation budget on mountain restaurant prices. Plus, being on Olimpijska means you’re positioned perfectly for both summer and winter activities – the cable car station is an easy walk, but so are those quieter hiking trails that snake up toward Śnieżka if you want to avoid the crowds. During off-season, this area gets beautifully quiet, almost peaceful in a way that makes you feel like you’ve found some hidden corner of the mountains, even though you’re right in the middle of everything.
