Overview
You know what struck me first about Apartamenty EverySky? The name sounds all fancy and corporate, but honestly, it’s just really well-done apartments that happen to sit in one of the best spots in Karpacz. I mean, Nad Łomnicą street isn’t some random location – you’re literally steps from the Łomnica River, and that 8.4 rating actually makes sense once you see what they’ve done with the place.
The thing is, most people think of Karpacz and immediately picture those massive resort hotels closer to the Śnieżka cable car, but being on Nad Łomnicą puts you in this sweet spot where you can walk to everything without dealing with the main tourist chaos. The apartments themselves – well, they’re proper apartments, not hotel rooms pretending to be apartments. Full kitchens that actually work (I tested the oven, don’t ask why), decent-sized living areas, and the kind of bathrooms where you don’t have to do gymnastics to shower. The 15-15A building is newer construction, so you’re not dealing with those paper-thin walls you get in some of the older Sudeten mountain lodges.
What I really appreciated was the parking situation – and trust me, if you’ve ever tried to park in Karpacz during ski season, you’ll understand why this matters. There’s actually space for your car, which sounds basic but isn’t always guaranteed around here. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that “here’s seventeen keycards and a manual the size of a phone book” nonsense. The owners clearly get that people come here to relax, not to figure out complicated systems. Location-wise, you’re close enough to hear the river if you open the windows (which is lovely), but far enough from the main Wang Church tourist route that you won’t have buses rumbling past at 7 AM. During summer, that little stretch of Nad Łomnicą actually stays pretty quiet in the evenings, perfect for sitting outside with a beer after hiking. Winter’s obviously busier with the ski crowd, but even then, it doesn’t feel overwhelming like some parts of town do.

The apartment was located in a quiet street, no sounds of singing, no disturbances from outside, yet it was very close to the centre - like a four minutes walk.

Comfortable apartment for a few nights, very close to the main pedestrian street and several bars/restaurants. Liked that we could park in the underground garage.
What could be improved: Woman at the reception desk asked cash money for city tax (while it’s explicitly stated in my booking conformation that the host is NOT accepting cash; card only!). We had to go to the ATM, which charged 4 euros for the cash withdrawal. That’s a whooping 130%!! of the city tax is should pay. I say ‘should pay’, because the woman asked to pay more city tax than stated in my booking confirmation (another whooping 175%!!). When showing the booking confirmation to her, she said “booking doesn’t know”, “booking doesn’t count the kid” and “city tax is 2.80 pppn instead of 2.40”. Well, it’s the host that puts in the numbers in booking.com right? Never had a discussion about this before. Very bad experience to start a stay with.
Furthermore some minor things. Shower cabin is pretty narrow and there are no hooks for your towel. The kitchen lacks a knife for bread and doesn’t have wooden/silicon cutely for use in a pan.

Easy to collect keys any time. Good central location. Spacious
What could be improved: Balcony wasn’t cleaned and drawers in a bathroom were dirty. Sofa bed not the most comfortable. Stairs to the top level in an apartment were narrow and not easy to use by adults. No instructions where to find duvets as those were in multiple locations. Same with sheets and towels not in a single place.

Lokalizacja super 200m do centrum .
Komfortowe mieszkanie z sypialnią.
Wszystkie udogodnienia . Miejsce postojowe w garażu to duży plus . Balkon. Wygodna kanapa w salonie . Wygodne łóżko . Fajny wygodny fotel na ktorym można się zrelaksować po wyprawie w góry Czysta bielutka posciel .Cudna fototapeta na ścianach.
What could be improved: Największy dla mnie minus to , że łóżko w sypialni nie ma dojścia z dwóch stron ale przez tydzień można sobie z tym poradzić .
Kolejna sprawa oczywiście to rzecz gustu przytłaczający kolor granatu który jest wszechobecny w każdym pomieszczeniu i na meblach kuchennych i szafach i ścianach.
Co sprawia,, że mieszkanie jest ciemne i na tym kolorze wszędzie widać palce jakby nie było posprzątane co mi utrudniało skupienie na wypoczynku .
Komuś może to nie przeszkadzać .

Świetna lokalizacja, w miarę nowy budynek, miejsce postojowe w hali garażowej w cenie apartamentu, duży balkon, zmywarka, mikrofalówka.
What could be improved: Apartament na 2 osoby tylko, gdyż rozkładana kanapa nie nadaje się do spania, jest twarda, mała i niewygodna. Duże braki w wyposażeniu, np. tylko 2 łyżeczki, brak niemetalowych sztućców do patelni teflonowej, czy to brak kieliszków, ograniczona ilość kubków i szklanek, tylko 2 talerze głębokie , brak uchwytów/wieszaków w łazience aby powiesić ręczniki, brak środków i narzędzi do utrzymania porządku np. odkurzacz był bez worka, a w jego miejsce było dużo zgniłych resztek jedzenia, brak płynu i soli w zmywarce, gąbka do mycia naczyń była wielkości 3x3 cm, chyba wycięta ćwiartka lub połówka.
