Overview
You know what struck me first about EverySky’s Leśny Dom apartments? The name literally means “Forest House,” and honestly, they weren’t kidding around. These places sit right on Przemysłowa street in Karpacz, and I mean, you’re practically breathing pine trees the moment you step outside. It’s one of those spots where you can actually hear the forest settling in around you at night – which, if you’re coming from a busy city, feels pretty magical.
The apartments themselves are solid – nothing too fancy, but everything works the way it should. I stayed in one of the units between numbers 16 and 18, and the setup was really practical for a mountain town stay. The kitchen had everything I needed (crucial when you’re planning day hikes and want to pack your own lunch), and the windows frame these nice forest views that change throughout the day. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets in the evenings. Przemysłowa isn’t one of those main tourist drags, so you’re not dealing with groups wandering around at all hours, but you’re still close enough to walk into the center when you want some action.
The thing about Karpacz is that location really matters – I mean, you can end up staying somewhere that feels completely disconnected from both the hiking trails and the town itself. These apartments hit that sweet spot where you feel tucked away in nature but you’re not scrambling to get anywhere. The Śnieżka trail access is actually pretty reasonable from here, and if you’re into the whole spa scene (which, let’s be honest, feels pretty good after a day of hiking), you’re not stuck with a long trek back to your place. The 7.6 rating makes sense to me – it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches, but it delivers on what you actually need for a solid Karkonosze mountains base. The apartments feel like they’re run by people who get what travelers want rather than just checking boxes on a hospitality list.

Helpful office staff and easy key collection out of hours. Quiet location, but close enough to town to walk. This is about it, it met expectations, but in no way exceeded them. Does what it says it will, but in a basic way.
What could be improved: Parking space was underground and ridiculously tight. Could only use doors on one side of vehicle after parking. Reception desk is on a busy street with no real parking. Be ready to walk to collect your keys.

Nice and guiet place. The appartment is comfortable. The bedlinen nicely smell.
What could be improved: The dishes should be better washed and carpet better luxed. Dishcloth was mussing.

Lage am Ortsrand aber fußläufig mehrere Discounter erreichbar. Ruhig und mit schöner Aussicht.
What could be improved: Auf Beschwerde beim Betreiber (Kein WLAN, da falsches Passwort / Netzwerkname mitgeteilt wurde und Schwierigkeiten beim Finden des Parkplatzes -> der war in der Tiefgarage, das wurde aber nicht kommuniziert und eine Möglichkeit zum Öffnen des Toren von außen gab es nicht) wurde nicht reagiert. Bei der telefonischen Anfrage wurde ein Rückruf innerhalb von 10 Minuten zugesagt - der erfolgte nie. Auch auf eine E-Mail wurde die drei Tage, die der Aufenthalt dauerte, nicht reagiert,

Obiekt sam w sobie bardzo zadbany wygodny, przestronne mieszkanie, wyposażenie super. Byłyśmy w pięć dziewczyn, każda zadowolona. W okolicy był przystanek autobusowy, skąd odjeżdżał autobus do świątyni Wang więc komunikacja na szlak / wejście do parku był super.
What could be improved: Lokalizacja obiektu była znana, podczas rezerwacji podany był inny adres do odbioru kluczy niż adres po dokonaniu rezerwacji i opłat. Dla nas był to bardzo duży problem ponieważ byłyśmy nastawione na kilka minut marszu (każda z nas miała wielki plecak i była po wielogodzinnej podróży z nad morza) a okazało się że klucze musimy odebrać na drugim końcu Karpacza, ponieważ tam znajduje się biuro. Dla osób przyjeżdżających własnym środkiem transportu nie będzie to może stanowiło problemu ale dla nas było to dosłownie „pod górkę” ponieważ kolejka do odbioru również nie była mała (na szczęście Pan taksówkarz był dla nas miły i poczekał)

Dobrze utrzymany i wyposażony apartament z miejscem parkingowym w garażu. Bez zastrzeżeń.
What could be improved: Jedyny minus, to konieczność zdania kluczy o wczesnej porze. Doba hotelowa mogłaby się kończyć o 11, a nie o 10.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament. Wyposażenie w porządku, dość czysto i wygodne łóżka. Godny polecenia.
What could be improved: Do minusów należy: brak windy, brak oświetlenia przed drzwiami wejściowymi,
brak oświetlenia nad lustrem w łazience, brak wyciszenia w apartamencie ( wszystko słychać do okola, w nocy trochę uciążliwe).

Bardzo fajny pokój, czysty, zadbany. Umiejscowiony z dala od zgiełku miasta, przy lesie. Zapewnione miejsce parkingowe i bardzo sympatyczne Panie w biurze. Polecamy .
What could be improved: Szkoda, że nie ma windy, bo walizki ciężkie 😆i zbyt szybko mija tam czas.
