So I stayed at these EverySky apartments on Konstytucji 3 Maja street in Karpacz, and honestly? They’re kind of a hidden gem tucked away in what feels like a proper residential neighborhood. The address might look intimidating with all those Polish letters, but you know what – once you find it (and you will, eventually), you’ll realize you’ve landed in this perfect spot that’s actually quiet at night. I mean, you’re still close enough to walk to the main drag where all the tourist stuff happens, but you’re not dealing with people stumbling past your window at 2 AM.

The apartment itself surprised me – it’s one of those places that looks better in person than in photos, which is rare these days. Everything feels pretty new and well-maintained, though I’ll be honest, the kitchen could use a few more basics if you’re planning to cook (bring your own salt, trust me). What really got me was the view situation – depending on which unit you get, you might catch glimpses of the mountains between the other buildings, and in the morning with coffee… well, it’s not bad at all. The internet actually works, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places in mountain towns still struggle with that. Parking was straightforward too – there’s space right there, no hunting around narrow streets or paying extra fees.

Here’s the thing about Karpacz though – it gets absolutely packed during ski season and summer hiking months, but this location somehow stays relatively peaceful. You’re maybe a 10-minute walk from the main pedestrian area where all the restaurants and souvenir shops cluster together, and the cable car to Śnieżka is totally doable on foot if you don’t mind a bit of uphill walking. The 8.2 rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury, but it’s solid and reliable with that homey apartment feel that beats a standard hotel room. The owners seem to actually care about the place, which shows in little details like having enough towels and decent coffee cups. If you’re the type who likes having your own space to spread out after a day of hiking or skiing, and you don’t need someone at a front desk 24/7, this works really well. Just remember to grab groceries before you settle in – there’s a small shop nearby, but the bigger supermarkets are a bit of a trek.
