I mean, Boczna 9 sounds like you’re tucked away from everything, but honestly, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from Karpacz’s main drag without dealing with all the tourist foot traffic right outside your window. The building itself has this clean, modern apartment feel – not trying to be fancy, just solid and comfortable. Check-in was pretty straightforward, though I’d recommend confirming the exact entrance beforehand since the numbering on these newer apartment buildings can be a bit confusing if you’re rolling up after dark.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, especially compared to some of the hotels closer to the ski lift areas where you hear people coming and going at all hours. The apartments are well-equipped – I’m talking actual kitchen space where you can make proper coffee in the morning, not just those tiny hotel coffee makers that barely work. The beds are comfortable enough, and there’s decent storage space, which matters when you’re dealing with ski gear or hiking equipment depending on the season. The whole setup feels more like staying in someone’s well-maintained city apartment than a typical mountain accommodation. One thing to note though – parking can get tight during peak season, so if you’re driving up from Wrocław or wherever, factor that in.

Here’s the thing about staying in Karpacz – everyone focuses on being right next to the Śnieżka trail or the ski areas, but honestly, having a comfortable base where you can actually relax and spread out makes a bigger difference than you’d expect. From Boczna, you’re close enough to walk to the good restaurants (that little place on Konstytucji 3 Maja is worth finding), but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually unwind after a day on the mountain. The 8-rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury, but it delivers on what matters: clean, functional space with reliable wifi and hot water. I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially for longer trips where hotel rooms start feeling cramped. Just pack some basics from home since while there are shops nearby, selection can be limited and prices are typical mountain town inflated.
