Overview
Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Karpacz over the years, but Apartamenty EDEN honestly surprised me – and I mean that in the best way possible. When you’re walking down Matejki street (which, by the way, is perfectly positioned between the main drag and the quieter residential area), you might almost miss it because it doesn’t scream “luxury apartment” from the outside. But step inside and – wow. The jacuzzi and sauna aren’t just thrown in there as afterthoughts like so many places do. They actually thought about placement and privacy, which matters when you’re trying to unwind after hiking Śnieżka or dealing with the summer crowds.
What really got me was how they handled the details that most travelers don’t think about until they’re actually there. The water pressure is fantastic (trust me, after a day on the mountain trails, this matters), and the heating works properly – I stayed there in March when Karpacz still gets those surprise cold snaps, and I never once had to mess with radiators or wonder if I’d be warm enough. The kitchen setup is actually functional too, not just pretty to look at. You know how some vacation rentals have those tiny fridges that can barely fit a bottle of wine? Not here. Plus, parking is sorted without the usual Karpacz drama of driving around in circles looking for a spot during peak season.
Honestly, the 9.5 rating makes sense once you’ve been there. The sauna gets properly hot – I mean, sweat-dripping-off-your-forehead hot – and the jacuzzi fits four people comfortably without feeling like you’re squashed together. There’s something pretty great about soaking in there after spending the day exploring Wang Church or wandering through the town center, especially during those busy summer months when everywhere else feels packed. The location works really well because you’re close enough to walk to restaurants and shops (that little pierogi place on the corner is incredible, by the way), but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually get some peace. I’d definitely go back – and that’s coming from someone who usually tries different places each time I visit the area.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable to stay in with two small children. Communication with the property was easy and smooth, we got some nice tips on what to do and where to go. It was a pleasure to stay there with family for a short weekend escape.

The apartment looks like it is newly renovated and the rooms are well equipped. The property is located in a really quiet neighbourhood, so you can get your peace and quiet there. We had two rooms available for us, and even though it was located on street level on one side, there were hard shutters we could use to block the view. The property has great access to hiking routes nearby, which we used to visit Sněžka - highly recommend trying that, albeit it can be physically taxing, especially in summer. The host is also amazing - they answered our messages quickly, recommended some trips around Karpacz and overall accomodated our requests to our full satisfaction. And last but not least, there is a really nice little lawn with BBQ facilities!
What could be improved: Nothing, really - the property and host both exceeded our expectations

What could be improved: Everthing was fine. Recommendation to place a clothes dryer somewhere, as children need to dry their clothes.

The apartment was great - it was clean and nice.
The location is little bit outside the city (25 min walk to the center), but closer to the National Park.
What could be improved: First night was great, but then arrived another guests to other appartments - above us was some giant elephant which who was very loud and our chandelier was a bit shaking from their steps. we can also hear someone talking from the room next to us. So the rooms are not soundproof as the it is written here

The location and view on mountains. Large and well equipped outdoor area. Tidiness and lot of spacious funiture for belongings.
What could be improved: One of the apartments was very compact and to small for four people. It would be better to use for max. 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 līdz.

10 na 10. Czysto, miło i przytulnie. Pogoda była niesamowita, mieliśmy dużo szczęścia. Dzieci biegały po terenie, grając w badmintona, skacząc na trampolinie, huśtawkach, bawiąc się z innymi dziećmi. Duża altana grillowa, szkoda, że jest tylko jedna na wszystkie apartamenty, ale bez problemu upiekłam mięso i nie było kolejek. Z jacuzzi nie korzystaliśmy, ale zauważyłem jeden szczegół. Od razu po pierwszych gościach, którzy skorzystali z jacuzzi przyszedł właściciel lub administrator i umył nie tylko samą misę, ale również filtry. Ogólnie takie podejście jest odczuwalne we wszystkim. Jedynym minusem naszego apartamentu był stół, który miał zwisającą nogę, ale poza tym to po prostu niesamowite miejsce. Zwłaszcza rano, gdy pierwsze promienie padają na kuchnię z niemal panoramicznym widokiem na góry. Dziękujemy za wspaniałe wakacje

Lokalizacją-otoczenie gór, lasów, blisko do centrum Karpacza. Apartamenty bardzo komfortowe, pachnące świeżością. Świetny kontakt z wlascicielami. P.S bardzo dziękujemy za namiary na salę zabaw- wszyscy bylismy zachwyceni :-)
W trakcie trzydniowego pobytu widzieliśmy prawie wszystkie zjawiska atmosferyczne -coś cudownego :-). Widoki i ogólne wrażenia przepiękne !
