The kitchens are properly equipped too, which matters when you’re staying a few days and want to grab fresh bread from the local bakery instead of eating out every meal. And you know what? The beds are genuinely comfortable. I know that sounds basic, but after trudging around the Sudeten Mountains all day, that matters more than fancy lobby art.

Maybe it’s the way the building’s positioned, but even during busy summer weekends when the promenade gets pretty lively, it stays surprisingly peaceful inside. The staff actually knows their stuff too – they’ll point you toward the better hiking trails (skip the super crowded ones near the cable car) and can recommend which restaurants are worth it versus which ones are just tourist traps. Check-in was smooth, no weird complications or surprise fees.
