You know what caught me off guard about BlueSky Apartamenty? It’s actually tucked away on this quiet residential street – Nadrzeczna – that most tourists probably walk right past on their way to Karpacz’s main drag. I mean, when you first see the address with all those letters and numbers (3d-3e, seriously?), it sounds a bit confusing, but once you’re there it makes perfect sense. The building sits in this genuinely green pocket of the town where you can actually hear birds instead of just tourist chatter.

The apartments themselves have this refreshingly unpolished honesty about them – they’re not trying to be some glossy resort experience, but rather feel like staying at a friend’s place who happens to have good taste. The windows are generous, and honestly, that matters more than you’d think when you’re spending time indoors after a day hiking in the Karkonosze. I loved that you could walk to the town center in maybe ten minutes (downhill, which is nice), but when you’re back at the apartment in the evening, it feels properly removed from all the restaurant noise and tourist bustle. The parking situation is actually straightforward too, which – if you’ve driven around Karpacz during peak season – you’ll know is worth mentioning.

What really won me over was how the place embraces its location instead of fighting it. The “green area” part of the name isn’t just marketing speak – you’re genuinely surrounded by trees and you can hear the little stream that runs nearby. During the quieter months, I imagine it’s almost impossibly peaceful. The 8.5 rating feels about right; it’s not going to blow you away with luxury touches, but it delivers on the things that actually matter when you’re exploring this part of Poland. You get space to spread out, a kitchen that works if you want to grab groceries from the local shops, and that rare thing in tourist towns – a sense that you’re experiencing how locals might actually live, not just where they park visitors.

Helpful staff member when I called to get details of how to collect the keys. Good location, close to nice walks and close to the centre. Clean and well equipped for a short stay. Nice building and surroundings. A balcony with seating area. Would have made more use of this but weather wasn’t you’d during our stay.
What could be improved: The parking. The car parking space is in the basement, my car is quite big, it was difficult to park. Luckily there was no one in the space opposite but otherwise may have been a problem. Keys gave to be collected from another building. A key box with a code at the property would be good.

Z plusów - lokalizacja do centrum 500 metrów, w spokojne części - czystość pokoju - rozkład pomieszczenia z dużym telewizorem i balkonem - parking podziemny
What could be improved: Z minusów - odbiór i zdawanie kluczy po drugiej stronie miasta. W XXI wieku niepojęte - podziemne miejsce parkingowe dla smartów lub gokartów - o 10:53 pukanie do drzwi przez niezidentyfikowanych typów z zapytaniem czy jeszcze jesteśmy ? - zacinający się program telewizyjny - brak zamrażarki w lodówce. O drinku z lodem można zapomnieć tym bardziej, że miasteczko przed 22:00 zamiera

Stravili jsme uzasny 3denni pobyt v dvoupodlaznim apartmanu,presne dle fotek na bookingu,vse bylo ciste,pripravene,krasne zarizene i pro delsi pobyt,dve koupelny paradni,pracka,susak,zehlici prkno,zehlicka.stul pro 6osob, spani nahore manzelska postel a dve rozkladaci pohovky,na ktere se take dva vyspi hezky, ciste povleceni.do centra pesky do 10minut,pritom klidna cast,kousek hriste a cvicici stroje....kryte garaze bonus....hned bychom se vratili!

Klidné místo a do centra kousek. Moc hezké ubytování.
What could be improved: Vyzvedávaní a vrácení klíčů na jiné adrese, nepraktické. I když pokoj je opatřen schránkou na klíč s kódem. V kuchyni tekla jenom,🙂 fakt 😁studená voda, mytí nádobí troška problém. A ráno i sprcha byla pro otužilce, ale jsou to jenom malé chybičky. Jinak dovolená skvělá a bydlení krásné.

Krásný čistý a útulný apartmán , kousek od centra. Parkování zdarma v garáži .
What could be improved: Trochu nevýhoda předání klíčů na jiné adrese, na recepci nikdo nebyl a vchod byl uzamčen. Po telefonu domluven kód na otevření dveří a pak vše Ok .
