The place sits on Nad Łomnicą street, which honestly sounds more complicated than it is to find. It’s this quiet residential stretch that’s close enough to Karpacz center that you can walk to shops and restaurants (maybe 8-10 minutes at a leisurely pace), but far enough out that you’re not dealing with tourist crowds right outside your window.
I mean, the full name is ridiculously long – something about being near the center and shops in a peaceful green area – but they’re not wrong about any of it. The apartments are tucked into this lovely wooded neighborhood where you’ll hear birds in the morning instead of traffic, which is honestly refreshing after staying in some of those places right on the main drag. The building itself has that clean, modern Polish apartment style without being sterile, and parking was straightforward, which anyone who’s driven around mountain towns will appreciate. What really won me over was how the owners clearly know their guests are here for the mountains – there’s practical stuff like good WiFi if you need to work remotely (because let’s face it, sometimes we do), but also thoughtful touches that show they get why people come to this part of Poland. The kitchenette setup actually works, not like those token mini-fridges some places throw in.
The location really is the sweet spot, though. You’re positioned perfectly for hitting the Karpacz attractions without being stuck in the thick of things. Śnieżka mountain trails are accessible from here, and if you’re into the whole Krkonoše National Park experience, you’ll save yourself the headache of fighting for parking spots closer to the main tourist areas. The 9.1 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s not trying to be a luxury resort, but it delivers exactly what it promises. The green surroundings they mention aren’t just marketing speak; you’re actually among trees and proper nature, which feels genuine rather than landscaped. What could be improved: The key pickup is on the other side of town and while not far, it easily adds 30-45 min to get in. After a long drive with kids, this could have been easier. There is also construction near the key pickup location and no way to open the gate so you have to park where there is no clear space or much space to park at all while...

Wygodny apartament w cichej okolicy. Niedaleko od głównej ulicy (dojście po schodach). Czysto, bardzo dobre wyposażenie. Podziemny garaż. Blisko sklepów i restauracji.
What could be improved: Mały minusik - brak windy (odczuwalny tylko przy transporcie bagaży).

What could be improved: Aby wejść do apartamentu należy udać się do recepcji 2km w inne miejsce po czym wrócić. Można byłoby to lepiej zorganizować. Oczywiście to nie żaden problem ale co na miejscu to na miejscu.

Комфортабельный 2х комнатный апартамент, очень удобная планировка, раздельные комнаты, уютный, всё необходимое есть, удобные кровати! 40 м.кв. вполне просторная квартира, в новом доме, в спокойном районе, и в тоже время рядом с центром. Netto, Bedronka в 3х минутах ходьбы! Smart телевизор с интернетом, подземный гараж!!! Дама в бюро при передаче...
