The jacuzzi thing isn’t just marketing fluff – it’s actually a proper hot tub that fits maybe four people comfortably, and after spending a day hiking around Śnieżka or dealing with the crowds at the cable car station, soaking there while looking out at the Karkonosze peaks is honestly pretty perfect. The apartments themselves feel like someone actually lives there (in a good way) – the kitchen has decent knives, there’s enough counter space to actually cook, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes like some places I’ve stayed in the mountains. What I really appreciated was the heating system actually works well, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many mountain rentals leave you freezing at night.

The 9.8 rating makes sense once you’re there for a day or two. It’s not fancy in that Instagram-perfect way, but everything just… works. Parking is right there, which is huge during peak season when finding a spot in central Karpacz becomes this whole ordeal. The check-in was smooth – they actually answered their phone when I called, gave clear directions, and didn’t make me wait around for keys. Small things, but they add up. I stayed in late September and it was quiet enough to sleep with windows open, though I’d guess summer might be different with more families around. The only minor thing is the shower pressure could be stronger, but honestly, after dealing with some of the budget places in Polish mountain towns, this felt pretty luxurious. If you’re planning to use it as a base for exploring the area rather than just a place to crash, it’s definitely worth the extra cost over the basic guesthouses downtown.
