You know what struck me first about Apartament u Heleny? It’s tucked away on Szkolna street in this quiet little corner of Sosnówka that honestly feels like you’ve stumbled into someone’s well-kept secret. I mean, when you’re scrolling through accommodation options, you might overlook this place – but that would be a mistake, because Helena has created something really special here.
The apartment itself is one of those places where every detail just makes sense. Helena clearly lives and breathes hospitality – you can tell she’s thought about what travelers actually need, not just what looks good in photos. The space has this lived-in comfort that immediately puts you at ease, and honestly, the 10-star rating isn’t some fluke. I’ve stayed in plenty of places that promise the world and deliver lukewarm coffee and scratchy towels, but this isn’t that. The morning light filters in beautifully (Helena definitely knows which windows matter), and there’s this quietness that’s hard to find these days – Szkolna street doesn’t get the through traffic that some of the main roads do, so you actually sleep well here.
What I really appreciated was how Helena handles the little things that can make or break a stay. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward waiting around or hunting for key lockboxes. She’s got local recommendations that go beyond the obvious tourist spots, which is gold when you’re trying to get a real feel for the area. Sosnówka itself is perfectly positioned if you want to explore the broader region without dealing with big city chaos, and Helena knows the rhythm of the place. She’ll tell you when the local spots are busy, where to grab proper coffee, that sort of insider knowledge you can’t Google. The apartment stays surprisingly cool even during warmer months (good windows and thick walls, I suspect), and parking isn’t the nightmare it can be in some Polish towns – there’s space nearby, and Helena will point you in the right direction. This is the kind of place that makes you understand why some people return to the same spot year after year instead of constantly chasing new destinations.

We loved everything about our stay! The place looks exactly like the photos — clean, cozy, and inviting. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, answering all our questions promptly. The property is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone and truly hope to stay...

Big spacious and clean house. It felt like home on a holiday! Everything needed was provided. Comfortable beds, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Big kitchen. Everything was like in the pictures. We had a nice bbq in the garden.

Pobyt był przez święta Bożego Narodzenia.
Dom był ładnie udekorowany (choinka, stół świąteczny...).
Byliśmy miło zaskoczeni jak dobrze była wyposażona kuchnia.
Bardzo doceniliśmy ciszę i spokój jakie panowały na zewnątrz a głównie w nocy.
Mogliśmy się dobrze wyspać.

Obiekt przewyższył moje oczekiwania. Pięknie urządzony parter, tak samo piętro. Bardzo dużo miejsca, do tego jeszcze duży ogród. Na dodatek cisza i spokój, ale może też dlatego, że trafiliśmy w momencie, kiedy nie było za wielu gości. Niemniej, będziemy wracać!
