Apartament RELAKS – komfortowy apartament z bezpłatnym jacuzzi, sauną oraz podziemnym parkingiem w cenie
Okay, so the name is ridiculously long – Apartament RELAKS with the whole jacuzzi and parking spiel – but honestly, they’re not lying about any of it. I stumbled across this place on Broniewskiego Street when I was looking for something that wasn’t your typical Zakopane tourist trap, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed after three days of hiking in the Tatras.
The apartment itself is pretty spacious, and you know what really sold me? The jacuzzi actually works properly. I mean, I’ve stayed in places where the “luxury spa features” amount to a bathtub with some sad bubbles, but this one’s legit. The sauna’s compact but gets properly hot – none of that lukewarm nonsense. After spending the day trudging around Kasprowy Wierch, sinking into that jacuzzi was basically heaven. The underground parking was clutch too, especially since finding a spot in Zakopane during peak season is like winning the lottery. You just drive straight down, park, and you’re done – no circling the block for twenty minutes like I usually do.
Location-wise, Broniewskiego isn’t right in the chaos of Krupówki (which is actually a good thing if you want to sleep), but it’s close enough that you can walk to the main drag in about ten minutes. There’s a Żabka convenience store practically next door, and the bus stops that’ll take you to the cable car stations are super easy to reach. The building itself is pretty new, so everything feels clean and modern – the kind of place where the WiFi actually works and the shower has decent water pressure. I will say the soundproofing between apartments could be better; I could hear my neighbors’ TV some evenings, but it wasn’t terrible. The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s modern apartment than a hotel, which I actually preferred. The check-in process was smooth too – they just send you a code for the key box, so no awkward waiting around if you arrive late after a long day on the trails.
What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to pack all these amenities into a 3-star place without it feeling gimmicky. The jacuzzi and sauna aren’t just thrown in there for show – they’re properly maintained and positioned in a way that makes sense. Plus, that underground parking is worth its weight in gold during winter when everyone’s fighting over street spots. For the price point and the rating (9 out of 10 is pretty spot-on), it’s honestly one of the better deals I’ve found in Zakopane that doesn’t sacrifice comfort for location or vice versa.
