The location on Boczna street is honestly perfect – it’s tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with the crowds shuffling between the main hotels and the cable car station, but you’re still close enough to walk everywhere. I actually appreciated how quiet it gets at night here, especially compared to some of the bigger places closer to the pedestrian zone. The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home that they’re letting you borrow, not some sterile hotel room. There’s this lived-in comfort to it – proper kitchen where you can make real coffee in the morning, windows that open wide so you can hear the water running below, and honestly, the kind of setup where you might find yourself staying in for breakfast instead of rushing out to tourist spots.

What really sold me on this place (and probably explains that 9.3 rating) is how it captures what people actually come to Karpacz for. You’re literally sleeping above a mountain stream – try finding that in the big chain hotels down by the main drag. The whole area has this perfect balance where you can walk to Śnieżka if you’re feeling ambitious, or just wander around the quieter trails if you want to avoid the weekend crowds. And parking here? Actually manageable, which anyone who’s driven through Karpacz during peak season will appreciate. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that hotel lobby drama, just simple keys and clear directions. I found myself coming back earlier in the evenings than usual, partly because the apartment was just comfortable enough to make you want to slow down and actually relax instead of constantly chasing the next mountain peak or tourist attraction.
