This little gem sits in this surprisingly quiet pocket of Karpacz where you’re close enough to walk to the main action but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the tourist crowds stumbling back from bars at 2 AM.

The apartment itself has this fresh, minty vibe that totally lives up to its name. When I first walked in, there was this clean, almost spa-like feeling – nothing overwhelming, just genuinely refreshing after a day hiking in the Karkonosze. The owner clearly gets what mountain travelers actually need: proper heating (trust me, even summer nights can get chilly here), a kitchen that’s actually functional if you want to cook your own meals instead of eating out every night, and – this is huge – decent water pressure in the shower. Plus, with a 9.5 rating, I wasn’t the only one who felt like they’d stumbled onto something special. Honestly, for the price point and the fact that you get an entire apartment rather than just a hotel room, it’s one of those finds that makes you want to keep it secret but also tell everyone you know about it. If you’re planning to use Karpacz as your base for exploring Śnieżka or just want somewhere comfortable to crash after a day at the thermal pools, this place gets it right in all the ways that actually matter.
