The thing is, this place actually feels like an apartment (hence the name, I guess), but one where someone with really good taste lives. I mean, you’re not getting those cookie-cutter hotel vibes at all. The owner clearly put thought into every corner – there’s this mix of modern Polish design with mountain touches that doesn’t feel forced or theme-park-ish. What really got me was the view situation… you can actually see toward the Łomnica stream area, and on clear mornings – well, let’s just say you’ll want to have your coffee outside if the weather cooperates. The parking situation is decent too, which matters more than you’d think when you’re lugging ski gear or hiking boots around.

Here’s the honest truth though: this isn’t for everyone. If you need a concierge desk and room service, you’re barking up the wrong tree. But if you want to feel like you’re staying somewhere that locals might actually recommend to their friends visiting from Warsaw or Krakow, then yeah, this works. The location puts you close enough to the main Karpacz action (you can walk to the cable car area without breaking a sweat), but far enough from Konstytucji 3 Maja street that you won’t hear drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. I stayed here during shoulder season in late spring, and the peace and quiet was exactly what I needed after a day scrambling around Śnieżka. Plus, the whole setup feels more… I don’t know, authentic? Like you’re experiencing how people actually live in this mountain town, not just passing through in a tourism bubble. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that overly formal hotel theater, just practical information about the space and the area from someone who clearly knows Karpacz inside and out.
