The location puts you close enough to the main Karpacz action (you can walk to the cable car area without breaking a sweat), but far enough from Konstytucji 3 Maja street that you won’t hear drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. I stayed here during shoulder season in late spring, and the peace and quiet was exactly what I needed after a day scrambling around Śnieżka.
