Overview
You know what struck me first about Alpejski Boutique Hotel? It’s tucked away on this quiet residential street – Ogrodnicza – that most tourists completely miss, even though you’re literally a five-minute walk from Karpacz’s main drag. I mean, I almost walked past it myself because it doesn’t scream “hotel” from the outside, which honestly turned out to be one of its best features.
The thing about staying here is that you get this perfect balance of being close enough to everything but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the usual mountain resort chaos. The staff actually remembers your name after the first day, and they know their stuff about the local hiking trails – not just the obvious touristy ones, but the routes that locals take up to Śnieżka when they want to avoid the crowds. The rooms themselves are what you’d expect from a solid 4-star place, nothing too fancy but everything works properly (the shower pressure is actually decent, which isn’t always a given in these older Sudeten buildings). I particularly loved the little balconies – well, most rooms have them – where you can sit with your morning coffee and watch the town wake up without feeling like you’re on display.
What really sold me on this place was the breakfast situation. They do this spread that’s clearly made by someone who gives a damn, not just the usual hotel buffet nonsense. Fresh local bread, proper Polish cold cuts, and they’ll actually make you eggs however you want them. Plus, the dining area has these big windows facing the mountains, so you’re basically eating breakfast with a postcard view of the Karkonosze range. The location really shines when you realize you can walk to the cable car station in about ten minutes, but you’re also close to some of the better local restaurants that aren’t tourist traps – there’s this little place called Karczma Góralska just a few streets over that the hotel folks recommended, and it was spot-on. Parking was never an issue either, which is honestly a relief because finding a spot in central Karpacz during peak season can be a real headache. The whole area gets pretty quiet after 9 PM, so if you’re looking for nightlife, this might not be your scene, but if you want to actually sleep well after a day of hiking, it’s perfect.

Wellness (pool, sauna, spa) very good. Private parking. Location in a walking distance to a center. Tasty dinner and breakfast.
What could be improved: Old equipment, some furniture needs investments and refurbishment (toilet, wash-basin, wardrobe…). Missing kettle & tea/coffee. Personnel not english speaking.

So thats easily the best hotel I ever stay in.
Peoples that work there are amazing; helpful, friendly and warm but also super professional.
I love the place and I definitely come back to next year.
Its something magical about the place, the smell of cedar wood and the impossible mix of modern and classic... The garden... Really lovely swimming pool and stunning outdoor sauna.
When you eat a breakfast in they beautiful dining room you feel like in old movie... Its very classic and have romantic vibe, and nice view over the garden as well.
Food is great, facilities are stunning - I could stay there forever... If you want an escape from busy life that hotel is just perfect for it.

Our stay at the Alpejski Boutique Hotel was wonderful. The hotel offers breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were excellent, including a spa, saunas, hot tub, and pool. Additionally, free parking was available, which was very convenient. The hotel's location is ideal, being close to all major routes and the city center.
We also enjoyed the delicious cocktails and the friendly, attentive staff. A delightful highlight was the hotel's friendly resident cat, who added a cozy, homey touch to our stay. The beautiful green garden surrounding the hotel was a perfect place to relax and take in the serene environment. Overall, everything was great, and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The interior design elements are so well thought through that each should serve as an examples for other small hotels. More often than not we typically stay at 4-5 star international hotel chains, yet this hotel clearly can compete even with the best.
What could be improved: Interior design of all of the living spaces

Very nice hotel with a good wellnes.
Gorgeous garden.
Tasty breakfast.
Decent location.
Veeery kind young waitress in the restaurant / bar.
What could be improved: Some info was lacking (e.g. that no dinner possible on Sunday).
Breakfast starting at 8am. I.e. not good for an early hike while difficult conversation with a lady at the reception to find an alternative (not EN speaking, czesko-polski did not work well)

Nice and stylish (Austrian Alps hotel lookalike) place. Rooms are spacious and very clean. And they also look good.
Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, it will be even better if they speak some more english :-)
Hotel is located quite near the "center" (if Karpacz has something like a center) so most of the points of interest are in the walking distance.
I'd recommend hotel pool and sauna. It was awesome and we had used it every day.
Also restaurant was good and we enjoyed every food we ordered.
